Return & Refund Policy

At WebSavvy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@websavvy.it.com with your order number, reason for return, and product photo (if applicable).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exceptions:

  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned.

  • We do not offer refunds for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
